Analysis on the characteristics of application of"Biaxial"theory in post-partum rheumatism
The occurrence of postpartum rheumatism involves many aspects of traditional Chinese medicine zang-fu viscera function and neuroendocrine system."Biaxial"includes zang-fu viscera function axis, that is,the interaction between heart, liver, spleen, and kidney;the neuroendocrine axis, that is,the interaction between the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and their target glands. The dysfunction of traditional Chinese medicine zang-fu-viscera will affect the balance of qi,blood, yin and yang, while the abnormal changes of neuroendocrine axis may lead to the dysfunction of the immune system. These two dimensions are interrelated and interact with each other, and jointly participate in the pathogenesis of postpartum rheumatism.By elaborating the correlation between zang-fu-viscera function axis and neuroendocrine axis, the modern medical connotation of traditional Chinese medicine theory of postpartum rheumatism is explored,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of postpartum rheumatism.
