目的 基于质性研究meta整合收集稳定型心绞痛患者的体验和感受.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、SinoMed、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所、EBSCO和Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于稳定型心绞痛患者体验和感受的质性研究或混合研究,检索时限为建库至2024年3月.2名调查员进行独立文献筛选、数据提取和文献质量评价,使用汇集性整合方法整合结果,并使用CERQual对整合结果信度进行分级.结果 共纳入7篇文献,提炼出20个主题,最终归纳为8个类别并形成3个整合结果,分别是多维度影响患者生活质量、患者对当前接受治疗的看法及患者存在未满足的临床需求.结论 稳定型心绞痛广泛影响患者的生活、心理和社会功能,应探索以患者为中心的医疗管理模式,充分了解患者感受和需求,并将其纳入未来的医疗决策.由于研究的局限性,未来应在国内开展高质量的质性研究,收集中国稳定型心绞痛患者的体验和感受.
Meta integration of disease experience and sensation in patients with stable angina pectoris
Objective To collect the experiences and feelings of patients with stable angina pectoris based on a qualitative meta study.Methods Qualitative or mixed studies on the experience and perception of patients with stable angina pectoris were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute,EBSCO and Web of Science databases.The search deadline was from database establishment to March 2024.Two investigators conducted independent literature screening,data extraction and literature quality evaluation.Pooled integration method was used to integrate the results,and CERQual was used to grade the reliability of the integrated results.Results A total of seven literatures were included,20 themes were extracted,and finally summarized into eight categories to form three integrated results,namely multidimensional impact on patient quality of life,patient's perception of current treatment,and patient's unmet clinical needs.Conclusion Stable angina pectoris affects the life,psychological and social functions of patients.It is necessary to explore a patient-centered medical management model,fully understand the feelings and needs of patients,and incorporate them into future medical decisions.However,due to the limitations of the study,high-quality qualitative studies should be conducted in China in the future to further collect the experience and feelings of Chinese patients with stable angina.
