Construction of the quality evaluation index system for neonatal nosoco-mial infection management
Objective To construct the quality evaluation index system for neonatal nosocomial infection management, objectively and scientifically evaluate the quality of neonatal nosocomial infection management. Methods Using literature search and semi-structured interviews, and guided by the three-dimensional quality model of"structure-process-results",a framework for the quality evaluation index system for neonatal nosocomial infection management was initially developed. From November to December 2023,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by using the email consultation form, and the evaluation system and index weights of neonatal nosocomial infection management were finally determined, and the reliability and validity were analyzed. Results The quality evaluation index system of initial neonatal nosocomial infection management includes 3 primary indexes,18 secondary indexes, and 70 tertiary indexes. The positivity coefficient of expert consultation in both rounds was 100.00%,and the participation of experts was very high;the expert authority coefficients were 0.854 and 0.873,indicating that experts had high authority and the results were credible;Kendall's W values were 0.668 and 0.610(P<0.01),respectively,indicating a high degree of expert coordination and reliable results;the average value of indicator importance assignment was 4.214-4.929,the coefficient of variation was 0.053-0.175,and the expert opinions were concentrated. Finally, the quality evaluation index system for neonatal nosocomial infection management includes 3 primary indexes,6 secondary indexes, and 22 tertiary indexes. The Cronbach's α coefficient of consistency reliability was 0.827,retest reliability r=0.832(P<0.01);the KMO value of construct validity was 0.778,the Bartlett's sphericity test was X2=1 413.694(P<0.01).Conclusion This study constructed a set of quality evaluation index system for neonatal nosocomial infection management, which has good reliability and validity, and provides a reference for objectively and scientifically evaluating the quality of neonatal nosocomial infection management.
