医联体内不同级别医疗机构医院感染管理人员岗位胜任力现况调查及影响因素分析

目的 调查天津市医联体内不同级别医疗机构医院感染管理人员岗位胜任力现况及影响因素。方法 2024年1月至4月采用一般资料调查表和岗位胜任力量表,通过便利抽样方法调查天津市医联体内21所医疗机构的感控人员。结果 本研究共有95名感控人员参与调查,回收有效问卷84份,有效回收率为88。42%。岗位胜任力总分为(278。87±36。01)分,感控基本技能(5。84±0。86)分、组织协作能力(6。11±0。79)分、专业发展能力(5。65±0。83)分、个人特征品质(6。20±0。82)分。不同的医院等级、人员职称、感控工作年限、聘用方式感控人员岗位胜任力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,医院等级、人员职称是感控人员岗位胜任力的影响因素(P<0。05)。结论 天津市医联体内感控人员岗位胜任力较好,处于中等偏上水平,但基层医疗机构人员的岗位胜任力较差,应借助医联体的统一管理,促进三级医院的优质感控资源下沉,提高基层人员的感控能力,同时建立全面系统的培训考核体系,全面提升感控管理水平。
A survey on the current position competency of nosocomial infection control personnel in different levels of medical institutions in the medical alliance and an analysis of influencing factors
Objective To investigate the current position competency of nosocomial infection control personnel in different levels of medical institutions in the medical alliance of Tianjin and an analysis of influencing factors.Methods From January to April 2024,the general data questionnaire and job competency scale were used to investigate the sensitive control personnel in 21 medical institutions in Tianjin Medical alliance by convenient sampling method.Results A total of 95 infection control personnel participated in the survey,and 84 valid questionnaires were recycled,with an effective response rate of 88.42%.The overall job competency of infection control personnel was(278.87±36.01)points,and basic skills of infection control personnel(5.84±0.86)points,cooperation ability(6.11±0.79)points,professional development ability(5.65±0.83)points,and personal characteristics and qualities(6.20±0.82)points.The position competency of different hospital grades,staff titles,years of work and employment methods were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that hospital grade and personnel title were the influencing factors of the position competency of sensition-control personnel(P<0.05).Conclusion In medical alliance of Tianjin,the overall job competency of infection control personnel is good,which is above the medium level,but the job competency of basic medical institutions is not good.Depending on the unified man-agement of medical alliance to transmit the high-quality infection control management resources of tertiary hospitals to the lower hospitals,to improve the job competency of infection control personnel in basic medical institutions.And establishing a compre-hensive training and assessment system,to comprehensively im-prove the management level of infection control personnel.
