Construction of risk-graded intervention program for postpartum depre-ssion
Objective To construct postpartum depression risk-graded intervention program,and provide reference for preventive intervention for people at risk of postpartum depression.Methods A research team was set up to search for domestic and international literature related to non-pharmacological preventive interventions for postpartum depression From database establishment to April 2023,guided by information-motivation-behavioral skills theory.Appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluation Ⅱ and Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Healthcare Center were used to evaluate the quality of the literatures,the evidence was extracted,and preliminary draft of risk-graded intervention program for postpartum depression by c ombining results of the semi-structured interviews with mothers at high and low risk of postpartum depression was constructed.Delphi expert correspondence method was applied to 14 experts through two rounds of correspondence,and the final draft of the program was determined by modifying and improving relevant entries of the program according to the experts'opinions.Results A total of 22 articles were searched and screened,included 3 articles guidelines,2 articles evidence summary,2 articles clinical decision-making,1 article expert consensus,14 sys-tematic evaluations,and 26 pieces of best evidence were extracted;three topics were summarized for each of the low and high-risk mothers.Recovery rate of the questionnaires of two rounds of experts'correspondence was 100%,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.866 and 0.874,respectively.Mean values of the importance ratings of each item ranged 4.43-5.00 points,and the coefficients of variation ranged 0.00-0.17;Kendall's concordance coefficients of two rounds of questionnaire were 0.119 and 0.149,respectively(P<0.001).Final result was risk-graded intervention program for postpartum depression that included five level one entries for screening and assessment of postpartum depression,information support,motivational intervention,behavioral skills intervention,and evaluation of intervention effects,and 21 level two entries.Conclusion The postpartum depression risk-graded intervention program constructed in this study has good scientific and reliable characteristics,as well as personalization,comprehensiveness and practicality.It can provide practical reference for preventive intervention of postpartum depression in high and low risk mothers.
