Research progress on the effect of long non-coding RNA on chemoradio-therapy resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
With the continuous improvement of comprehensive treatment, the mortality rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been significantly reduced, and the survival opportunity of patients has been improved.Treatment effect of patients with radiotherapy resistance or chemotherapy resistance is poor. Therefore,it is urgent to study the potential molecular mechanism of radiotherapy sensitivity and chemotherapy resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to find new therapeutic targets.Long non-coding RNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.More and more studies have shown that it is a key regulator of radiochemotherapy resistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.By selectively regulating the function of long non-coding RNA,the response of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells to radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be enhanced, which provides a new way for innovative anti-tumor methods based on long non-coding RNA-related gene therapy. This article reviews the research on the mechanism of long non-coding RNA in radiotherapy sensitivity and chemotherapy resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
