Annexin(ANX)is a family of intracellular proteins that bind to membrane phospholipids in a concentration-dependent manner to calciumions and is widely expressed in various cell types.ANXA1 is a member of ANX family and plays an important role in cell biology.Previous studies have shown that ANXA1 regulates cellular inflammatory response, apoptosis and cell signal transduction. In recent years, studies have shown that dysregulation and mutation of ANXA1 are related to the occurrence and development of tumors. This article reviews the regulatory effects of ANXA1 on different malignant behaviors of tumors, including malignant proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis inhibition, and its impact on the tumor microenvironment, and provides a basis for further research on the role of ANXA1 in tumors, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation.
