摘要
膜联蛋白(ANX)是以钙离子浓度依赖性方式结合膜磷脂的细胞内蛋白质家族,在各种细胞类型中广泛表达.ANXA1属于ANX家族成员之一,在细胞生物学中发挥重要作用.既往研究表明ANXA1可调节细胞炎症反应、细胞凋亡和细胞信号转导.近年来,研究表明ANXA1的失调和突变与肿瘤的发生及发展有关.本文综述ANXA1对不同肿瘤恶性行为的调节作用,包括恶性增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡抑制及对肿瘤微环境影响等,为后续研究ANXA1在肿瘤中的作用、诊断治疗和预后评估提供基础.
Abstract
Annexin(ANX)is a family of intracellular proteins that bind to membrane phospholipids in a concentration-dependent manner to calciumions and is widely expressed in various cell types.ANXA1 is a member of ANX family and plays an important role in cell biology.Previous studies have shown that ANXA1 regulates cellular inflammatory response,apoptosis and cell signal transduction.In recent years,studies have shown that dysregulation and mutation of ANXA1 are related to the occurrence and development of tumors.This article reviews the regulatory effects of ANXA1 on different malignant behaviors of tumors,including malignant proliferation,migration,invasion,apoptosis inhibition,and its impact on the tumor microenvironment,and provides a basis for further research on the role of ANXA1 in tumors,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation.
