Research progress on shared decision-making in hematological tumors patients
Shared decision-making is known as the golden method of medical decision making in the 21st century,which can realize"patient-centered"medical model,and has attracted extensive attention in the field of oncology abroad in the past decade.Shared decision-making focuses on patient needs and emphasizes communication between doctors and patients.Clinicians present options and talk about the risks and benefits of each option,while encouraging patients to express their preferences and values,resulting in a shared decision.Sharing decision can improve patients'decision satisfaction,reduce disease uncertainty,decision regret and conflict.This paper reviews the overview,current situation,influencing factors,tools and effects of shared decision making applied in hematological tumors patients,in order to provide theoretical reference for the application of shared decision making in hematological tumors patients in China.
