Research progress on influencing factors and preventive measures of peripherally inserted central venous catheterization ectopia
This article reviews the adverse effects of peripherally inserted central venous catheterization(PICC)ectopia,analyzes the influencing factors and preventive measures of primary and secondary catheter ectopia.It analyzes and elaborates on selection of puncture blood vessels and sites,preset length for body surface measurement,patient cooperation,blockage of cervical veins,reasonable use of visualization equipment,avoidance of elevated central venous pressure and exc-essive limb activity,strengthening external fixation,continuous monitoring and refined maintenance,and effective health education,in order to provide reference for clinical practice and improve nursing quality.In clinical practice,medical personnel should pay attention to the above factors and take corresponding measures to reduce the risk of PICC ectopia,in order to ensure patient safety and improve treatment effectiveness.
