Discussion on pain syndrome based on the theory of"cold domination inducing edema"
Based on the explanation of"edema"in"cold domination inducing edema",that is body edema and spirit flotation,this paper expounds the characteristics of pathogenesis and clinical treatment of pain caused by cold evil from the aspects of body and spirit.From the perspective of cold injury to the body,it can be divided into two parts:cold injury to the body and cold transformation of yang deficiency,mainly by body edema and pain caused by obstruction or malnutrition.From the perspective of cold injury to the spirit,it can be divided into two parts:spirit perception and sensitization of yang deficiency,mainly by spirit floating and pain threshold declining and pain appearing.It is suggested that dispelling cold and channeling pulse,warming yang and regulating spirit are the key points of pain syndrome treatment.Theoretical discussion of pain syndrome based on"cold domination inducing edema"aims to further clarify its pathogenesis and to provide new theoretical basis and ideas for modern clinical treatment of pain diseases.
