目的 基于数据挖掘探讨裴晓华教授治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的用药规律.方法 收集2021年4月至2023年12月裴晓华教授于北京中医药大学东直门医院厦门医院国际门诊部看诊非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的病历.采用Excel 2019描述药物频次、性味、归经.采用R studio 4.3.3软件分析关联规则、聚类,比较月经异常组、未诉月经异常组处方间Jaccard系数、组内φ系数,并进行可视化.结果 本研究共发现1 020首处方涉及226味中药,总频次为14 765次,高频药物有甘草、当归、川芎等;药性以温、寒、平为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以肝、脾、肺经最多.关联规则分析显示,黄芪-川芎-白芷-当归关联密切,药对川芎-当归参与构成药物组合最多.聚类分析得到6类药对或新方.组间比较发现,92.36％的Jaccard系数＜0.5,炒麦芽-焦山楂、醋乳香-醋没药为特殊药对.结论 裴晓华教授治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎组方规律为重视内调外透,善调女子冲任气血,对临床治疗和传承有重要意义.
Analysis on medication patterns of Professor Pei Xiaohua in the treatment of non-puerperal mastitis based on data mining
Objective To explore medication patterns of Professor Pei Xiaohua in the treatment of non-puerperal mastitis based on data mining.Methods Medical records of Professor Pei Xiaohua's visits to non-puerperal mastitis patients at International Outpatient of Xiamen Hospital,Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to December 2023 were collected.Excel 2019 software was used to describe drug frequency,taste,and meridian distribution.R studio 4.3.3 software was used to analyze association rules and clustering.Jaccard coefficient and intra-group φ coefficient between prescriptions of the menstrual abnormality group and the non-reported menstrual abnormality group were compared,and visualized.Results A total of 1 020 prescriptions involved 226 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 14 765 times were found in this study.High frequency drugs included Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Chuanxiong Rhizoma,etc.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold,and calm,and the medicinal taste was mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy,and the meridians of liver,spleen,and lung were the most common.Association rule analysis showed that Astragali Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Angelicae Dahuricae Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix were closely related,couplet medicines of Chuanxiong Rhizoma-A ngelicae Sinensis Radix was the most commonly used in drug composition.Cluster analysis obtained six types of couplet medicines or new prescriptions.Inter-group comparison found that 92.36％of Jaccard coefficients were less than 0.5.Fried Hordei Fructus Ge rminatus-charred Crataegi Fructus,vinegar Olibanum-vinegar Myrrha were special couplet medicines.Conclusion Professor Pei Xiaohua's prescription for treating non-lactating mastitis emphasizes internal regulation and external penetration,and is good at regulating qi and blood of women's chong and ren meridians,which is of great significance for clinical treatment and inheritance.
