Professor Tang Shuhua's experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of postoperative angina pectoris treated with percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction based on"yang transforming qi and yin forming structure"
Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is the main treatment method for acute myocardial infarction, which can effectively reduce clinical mortality. However, postoperative recurrent angina pectoris has become one of common postoperative complications that cannot be ignored. This article summarizes Professor Tang Shuhua's experience in the treatment of recurrent angina pectoris after PCI based on the theory of"yang transforming qi and yin forming structure".Professor Tang summarizes basic pathogenesis of recurrent angina pectoris after PCI is insufficient"yang transforming qi"and excess"yin forming structure",which is based on the principle of deficiency and empirical evidence. The basic treatment methods are mainly warming and tonifying, promoting blood circulation, and regulating qi.When treating symptoms,it is necessary to combine the length of the patient's disease course and the degree of coronary artery disease differentiation and treatment.Clinical results are significant, and the diagnosis and treatment experience can broaden clinical thinking.
