The construction of specialty medical alliances is an important part of deepening the reform of the medical and healthcare system.Peking University First Hospital has formed specialty medical alliances with multiple medical institutions,achieving effective results.However,bottlenecks remain in implementing bidirectional referrals and resource sharing.Effective management methods and development strategies need further exploration.This article uses SWOT analysis to examine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the specialty medical alliances construction at Peking University First Hospital.Through combinatorial analysis,it proposes development strategies to provide working ideas for optimizing the construction of specialty medical alliances in Beijing.
