Exploration of reconstructing basic medical laboratory teaching organizations through collaboration among"universities and enterprises cooperation,and integration of science,education,industry"
This paper studies the development limitation of the basic teaching organization of medical laboratory specialty,the characteristics of medical laboratory discipline and the training mode of talents.It is found that the cross-integration development of medical laboratory disciplines has obvious characteristics,and the participation of enterprises and high-end industrial talents is high.It is proposed to reconstruct the basic teaching organization of medical laboratory based on the"cooperation between universities and enterprises cooperation and the integration of science,production and education".The optimization of personnel training mode is conducive to the training of new medical talents needed by society and industry.
