Design and application effect of advanced online training for newly employed nurses in multiple hospital areas based on instrutional system design model
Objective To explore the establishment and application of advanced online training for newly employed nurses in multiple hospital areas based on the instructional system design(ISD)model, and to analyze the training effects. Methods Design advanced training scheme based on ISD model,a total of 160 newly employed nurses from Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Convenience sampling was used to divide them into control group and observation group, with 80 nurses in each group. The training lasted for six months.Core competency scores and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)performance scores were compared between the two groups of newly employed nurses. Results After training, the scores in all dimensions of core competencies and the total scores of the newly employed nurses in both groups were higher than before training, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment and OSCE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The advanced online training program for newly employed nurses based on the ISD model can enhance the training effectiveness in both theoretical and comprehensive skills, improve their core competencies, and is worthy of promotion and application.
