摘要
双心疾病发病受生活、气候和心理等多因素综合影响,临床多以证统病,从脏腑、气血论治.基于"开阖枢"理论从整体、动态视角分析双心疾病病机,关键为五脏开阖失度,继而五神烦乱失常.结合现有临床研究,运用"开阖枢"理论,从三阴三阳出发权衡开阖、旋调枢机,形神同调,使整体气化功能协调,则双心同调.为临床辨证论治双心疾病提供更为丰富的理论依据、思路及方法.
Abstract
The onset of psycho-cardiological disease is affected by multiple factors such as lifestyle,climate,and psychology.Clinical treatment is mostly based on syndrome and treatment from viscera,qi,and blood.Based on the theory of"opening and closing pivot",analyzing the pathogenesis of psycho-cardiological disease from holistic and dynamic perspective,the key is the opening and closing degree of the five viscera,and then the five spirits are disturbed.Combined with the existing clinical research,the use of the theory of"opening and closing pivot",starting from three yin and three yang aspects,balance opening and closing,and rotating adjustment pivot mechanism,achieve harmony in form and spirit,and coordinate overall gasification function,resulting in psycho-cardiological harmony.This provides richer theoretical basis,ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of psycho-cardiological disease.
