Exploration of syndrome differentiation and treatment of premature ejaculation based on elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis method
Premature ejaculation is one of the common male sexual dysfunction diseases,which can seriously affect harmonious relationship between husband and wife and physical and mental health of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of premature ejaculation.The method of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis is a commonly used method in the treatment of damp heat diseases,and later medical practitioners have played a significant role in clinical practice.Currently,it also has guiding significance for andrological diseases.This article believes that pathogenesis of premature ejaculation mainly includes two aspects:disorder of brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber axis,and damp heat blocking the semen and forcing the semen to leak out.Based on elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis method,the treatment of premature ejaculation focuses on harmonization of body and mind,separation of internal organs,and elimination of dampness and heat.The medication emphasizes paying attention to harmonization of functions of various internal organs and the spirit during disease treatment,so that dampness and heat can be dispelled and eliminated from the body.The key is to use light and clever drugs to awaken the brain,release the depression,calm the sexual organs,control the seminal vessels,and nourish them,thereby regulating the patient's psychological state and emotions,improving premature ejaculation symptoms,and achieving the goal of treating both body and mind.
