Analysis of medication and dosage pattern of chronic kidney disease with spleen and kidney qi deficiency combined with dampness and stasis based on data mining
Objective To explore the clinical medication and its dosage pattern based on data mining in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease(non-dialysis)with spleen and kidney qi deficiency combined with dampness and stasis. Methods The relevant public literature were collected by CNKI,Wanfang Data, and VIP from January 2004 to February 2024,prescription drugs in qualified literature were entered, and the corresponding database was established.WPS Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 27.0 software were used to perform the statistics of frequency, nature, and flavor attribution,Channel tropism, and efficacy categories of Chinese medicines, association rules, and systematic cluster analysis. Results Fifty-three articles from the literature that met the criteria were included, containing 53 prescriptions,127 Chinese herbal medicines, with a total frequency of 715 times,21 high-frequency Chinese herbal medicines, and most of the high-frequency Chinese herbal medicines with a dosage range of 10 to 30 g.The Chinese medicines with higher frequency of use and dosage were Astragali Radix 30 g,Poria 15 g,Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma 10 g and so on.The medicinal nature were mostly warm, cold, and flat, the flavors were mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent, and the channel tropisms were mostly the liver, spleen, and kidney meridians. The statistics of drug efficacy categories were obtained 16 categories.Association rule analysis yielded 14 sets of core couplet medicines and 13 sets of core dosage pairs.Cluster analysis yielded 10 cluster parties. Conclusion This study reveals to some extent the use of traditional Chinese medicine and its dosage pattern in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(non-dialysis)with spleen and kidney qi deficiency with dampness and stasis, which can provide some reference for the selection of clinical dosage.
