Hospital rational drug use management is one of the key contents of performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals.Taking the performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals as the baton,Hui Ya Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University built a multi-dimensional pharmaceutical care model based on SPO theory,established management organization,unified management system,and detailed assessment indicators from the structural dimension to optimize the rational drug use control system,and strengthened the clinical rational drug use supervision by relying on information construction and multi-level pharmaceutical care intervention from the process dimension,and from the result dimension dynamic monitoring,analysis of pharmaceutical indicators to strengthen the quality control evaluation and continuous improvement.Hui Ya Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University,plays an active role in the performance assessment of national tertiary public hospitals,by carrying out multi-dimensional pharmacy care practice based on SPO theory implementing rational drug use control,promoting rational drug use,optimizing the structure of medical revenue and expenditure,and controlling the growth of drug costs,and provids references for the transformation and development of pharmaceutical care.
