摘要
目的 构建中医药治疗湿疹的知识图谱.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网与中国生物医学文献服务系统1981年1月至2023年12月中医药治疗湿疹的文献,采用Excel 2021统计湿疹病位、病期等,提取中医相关概念及实体并建立概念间对应关系;通过Python 3.11处理后形成结构化数据,并利用Neo4j3.5.34图数据库构建知识图谱.结果 通过检索2 755篇中医药治疗湿疹的文献,最终纳入105篇符合本研究的文献,并在模式层定义了疾病、病位等11种实体类型,以及引起、影响等7种主要关系,构建符合中医诊疗模式的湿疹知识图谱.结论 基于文献数据探索性构建了中医药治疗湿疹的知识图谱,从"病-因-机-证-治-方-药-量"建立了中医辨证分型治疗湿疹的知识结构,为中医文献数据服务于临床与科研工作提供新思路.
Abstract
Objective To construct the knowledge map of treating eczema with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Literatures on the treatment of eczema with traditional Chinese medicine from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed from January,1981 to December,2023 were retrieved.Excel 2021 was used to analyze the location and duration of eczema,extract traditional Chinese medicine related concepts and entities,and establish the corresponding relationship between concepts.Structured data was formed after processing by Python 3.11,and knowledge graph was constructed by using Neo4j3.5.34 figure database.Results By searching 2 755 literatures on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of eczema,105 literatures conforming to this study were finally included,and 11 entity types such as disease and location were defined at the model level,as well as 7 main relationships such as cause and influence,and the knowledge map of eczema conforming to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment mode was builded.Conclusion Based on the literature data,the knowledge map of traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of eczema is explored,and the knowledge structure of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and classification treatment of eczema is established from"disease-cause-machine-syndrome-treatment-prescription-drug-quantity",which provided new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine literature data to serve clinical and scientific research work.
