Analysis of the medicine rule in treating hemospermia with traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining
Objective To summarize the medicine rule in treating hemospermia with traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining technology.Methods Literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hemospermia was retrieved from three Chinese databases:CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 2002 to December 2023.References were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,data were collected and entered for the included references,and traditional Chinese medicine names were standardized.Methods such as frequency distribution,nature,flavour,and channel tropism,association rules,cluster analysis,and factor analysis were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the data.Results A total of 112 first prescriptions were included,198 traditional Chinese medicine were obtained,and the frequency of administration was 1 418 times.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines included Moutan Cortex,raw Rehmanniae Radix,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Ecliptae Herba,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,and so on.The high-frequency drugs were mainly clearing heat drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs,and hemostatic drugs.The drug matures were mainly cold.The drug flavours were mainly sweet and bitter.The channel tropisms were mainly liver,kidney,and heart channels.A total of seven groups of core drug combinations were obtained by association analysis,five new prescription combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,and eight common factors were obtained by factor analysis.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.67％.Conclusion The main treatment of hemospermia with traditional Chinese medicine is tonifying deficiency,clearing heat and stopping bleeding,reinforcement and elimination in combination,and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.
