目的 总结、分析国内外可视化针刀领域的研究现状、热点及趋势,为今后拓展研究提供参考.方法 基于文献计量学方法,检索中国知网及Web of Science核心合集数据库与可视化针刀相关文献,检索时限为各数据库建库至2023年12月.利用CiteSpace 6.2.R6、VOSviewer V 1.6.20软件对发文时间、作者、机构、关键词等进行数据处理并绘制知识图谱.结果 共纳入557篇文献,其中中文数据库532篇,英文数据库25篇.可视化针刀领域发文量总体呈上升态势.中英文文献发文量最多的作者分别为修忠标、李石良,发文最多的机构分别为北京中医药大学和福建中医药大学."超声引导、肩周炎、针刀松解"及"knee osteoarthriti、ultrasound guidance、diagnosis"分别为中英文文献共现网络重要节点;刃针、临床疗效、经筋理论为中文文献近期出现的突现词.结论 可视化针刀领域目前保持强劲的发展态势,研究热点多集中于超声引导下的可视化针刀治疗肩周炎、腱鞘炎与膝骨关节炎等临床研究,未来短期趋势倾向于经筋理论等指导下的可视化针刀临床机制探讨.
Research hotspots and trends analysis of visualized acupotomy study based on bibliometrics
Objective To summarize and analyze the current research status,hotspots,and trends in the field of visualized acupotomy at home and abroad,and to provide references for future research expansion.Methods Based on the bibliometrics method,literature related to visualized acupotomy were retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science core collection database.The search period was from the inception of each database to December 2023.CiteSpace 6.2.R6 and VOSviewer V 1.6.20 software were used to process the data of publication time,author,institution,key words,etc.,and the knowledge map was drew.Results A total of 557 documents were included,with 532 from CNKI database and 25 from Web of Science core collection database.The number of publications in the field of visualized acupotomy showed an overall increasing trend.The authors with the highest number of publications in both Chinese and English literatures were Xiu Zhongbiao and Li Shiliang,respectively.The institutions with the most publications were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine."ultrasound guidance,periarthritis of shoulder,and acupotomy release"and"knee ost-eoarthriti,ultrasound guidance,and diagnosis"were important nodes in the co-occurrence network of Chinese and English literature,respectively.In Chinese literature,blade acupuncture,clinical efficacy,and meridian theory had recently emerged as prominent keywords.Conclusion The field of visualized acupotomy is currently maintaining a strong development momentum,with research hotspots mainly focused on clinical studies of visualized acupotomy under ultrasound guidance for conditions such as shoulder periarthritis,tenosynovitis,and knee osteoarthritis,and future trends are leaning towards clinical mechanism investigations of visualized acupotomy guided by meridian theory and other approaches.
