Exploring Professor Wang Haiqiang's experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis from the perspective of the"Tushu Sixiang"
Huang Yuanyu believes that the"Tushu Sixiang"and"the liver rises and the lungs fall"are the keys to maintaining the normal operation of the body's qi.Based on this theory, this paper attempts to explain the pathogenesis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of CAG.Professor Wang Haiqiang believes that the core pathogenesis of CAG is"shuishi kunzu",zhongtu kuixu, and clinical manifestations caused by disharmony of the spleen and stomach, obstruction of liver qi,obstruction of lung qi,and obstruction of qi in the Zhongtu.Zhongtu is like a shaft, while the liver and lungs are like wheels. When wheels move, the shaft rotates, and the shaft moves, the wheel is agile. Therefore,in the treatment of CAG,attention should be paid to regulating the Zhongtu, regulating the flow of qi,and achieving a balance between the liver and lungs can eliminate all symptoms.Professor Wang Haiqiang uses Banxia Xiexin Decoction to regulate the circulation of qi in the Zhongtu, uses Dayu Decoction to lift liver, and uses Xiaqi Decoction to settle lung.
