Bibliometric analysis of hospital specialty evaluation
Objective To visually analyze the literature related to specialty evaluation in domestic medical institutions and to discuss the research progress and hot topics of specialty evaluation.Methods Big data text mining technology was used to search the literature on specialty evaluation published by CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed from the inception to December 2023,and the metrology tool CiteSpace was used to analyze the number of documents,sources,authors,institutions,and keywords of the literature.Results A total of 882 relevant literatures were included,and the number of specialized evaluation research literatures increased significantly since 2016,with a total of ten journals with more than ten publications.The authors with the highest number of publications were Wang Wei and Guo Jinling,with seven articles each.The institution with the highest number of publications was Zhengzhou University,with 16 articles;literature authors and inter-institutional cooperation were scattered,and high-frequency keywords included specialty construction,discipline construction,hospital management,key specialties,index system,etc.There were nine types of keyword copolymerization in the included literature,and the top three keywords with emergent intensity were specialty construction,public hospitals and Delphi method.Conclusion In the field of hospital specialty evaluation,the number of related literature publications shows a fluctuating upward trend.The stable core group of authors and research institutions have not yet been formed,so researchers should strengthen the cooperation and exchange in specialty evaluation.Evaluation index system is an important content in the field of specialty evaluation.
