目的 基于CiteSpace软件对浮针疗法的相关研究文献进行可视化分析,探讨此研究领域的研究热点及研究趋势.方法 检索1997年1月至2024年3月收录在中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台及PubMed、Web of Science核心合集数据库中浮针疗法的相关研究文献,运用CiteSpace.6.3.R1对发文量、作者、关键词进行可视化分析,并绘制作者及机构合作网络图,关键词共现、聚类、时间线及突现图谱.结果 共有中文文献1 279篇,英文文献28篇被纳入;浮针领域的发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势;符仲华为主要核心作者,发文量最多;广州中医药大学为主要发文机构;关键词共现与聚类显示"临床疗效""针刺""腰椎间盘突出症""膝关节骨性关节炎""再灌注活动""case report""tightened muscle""low back pain"等为主要研究热点;共得到"镇痛""肱骨外上髁炎""带状疱疹后遗神经痛"等20个突现词.结论 目前浮针研究领域以临床研究为主,涉及的适应证不断扩展,其中以骨骼肌肉类疼痛疾病为主,非疼痛类疾病研究较少;研究类型以临床研究为主,但高质量临床随机对照试验较缺乏,且作用机制有待进一步挖掘.
Visual analysis of research hotspots and trends in Fu's subcutaneous need-ling
Objective To visually analyze the literatures on Fu's subcutaneous needling based on CiteSpace software,and to discuss the research hotspot and research trend in this research field.Methods The relevant research literature on Fu's subcutaneous needling included in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,and Web of Science Core Collection Databases from January 1997 to March 2024 was retrieved,and the number of publications,authors,and keywords were visualized by CiteSpace.6.3.R1.The author and institution cooperation network map,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,time line,and emergence map were drawn.Results A total of 1 279 Chinese literatures and 28 English literatures were included.The number of papers published in the field of Fu's subcutaneous needling generally showed an increasing trend year by year.Fu Zhonghua was the main core author,and the number of publications was the largest;Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the main publishing institution.Keywords co-occurrence and clustering showed that"clinical effect","acupuncture","lumbar disc herniation","knee joint osteoarthritis","reperfusion activity","case report","tightened muscle",and"low back pain"were the main research hotspots;a total of 20 emergent words such as"analgesia","external humeral epicondylitis",and"postherpetic neuralgia"were obtained.Conclusion At present,the research field of Fu's subcutaneous needling is mainly clinical research,and the indications involved are constantly expanding,among which skeletal muscle and meat pain diseases are mainly studied,and non-pain diseases are less studied.Clinical studies are the main research types,but high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials are scarce,and the mechanism of action needs to be further explored.
