Research progress of the pathogenesis of psoriasis based on blood tier theory
Psoriasis,as one of clinically intractable diseases,has a complex pathogenesis and recurrent attacks.Traditional Chinese medicine has reached a consensus on psoriasis of treatment based on blood tier,which is mainly divided into three types:blood heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and blood dryness syndrome.It analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of three types of syndromes,summarizes the representative clinical diagnosis and treatment experience on psoriasis of treatment based on blood tier in China in recent years,and explores the pathogenesis of psoriasis.It can provide favorable basis for the explanation of modern pathological mechanisms and reflect the scientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.
