摘要
随着信息时代的快速发展和移动数字医疗的兴起,糖尿病综合管理逐渐由传统管理模式走向数字化管理模式.移动数字技术在糖尿病管理中用途广泛、用法智能和技术新颖,但其管理效果仍不明确,且存在优点与不足.本文综述国内外移动数字技术在糖尿病综合管理5驾马车包括健康教育、饮食管理、运动管理、药物管理、血糖监测中的应用,并探讨糖尿病数字化管理存在问题及未来展望,旨在为糖尿病患者综合管理及医护人员临床决策提供新思路.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the information age and the rise of mobile digital healthcare,the comprehensive management of diabetes mellitus is gradually moving from the traditional management model to the digital management model.Mobile digital technology is widely used in diabetes management,with intelligent usage and novel technology,but its management effect is still unclear and has both advantages and shortcomings.This article reviews the application of mobile digital technology in the five carriages of comprehensive diabetes management at home and abroad,including health education,dietary management,exercise management,drug management,and blood glucose monitoring,and discusses the existing problems and future prospects in the digital management of diabetes mellitus,aiming to provide new ideas for the comprehensive management of diabetic patients and clinical decision-making of healthcare professionals.
