Visual analysis of research status of the differentiation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases from ying-wei theory based on CiteSpace
Objective To visually analyze of the research status of the differentiation and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases from ying-wei theory of traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace.Methods The research literature of the differentiation and treatment various of cardiovascular diseases from ying-wei theory of traditional Chinese medicine from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP,the research period was searched from January 1980 to March 2024.Excel 2021 software was used to draw the annual trend chart of the number of published documents;CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze the cooperation relationship between authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and timeline network maps was drawn,and performed key emergence analysis.Results A total of 367 articles were included after screening.The annual pub-lications trend showed a fluctuating upward trend.The authors with the most publications were Jia Zhenhua,Wei Cong,Wu Yiling,Chang Liping,and Li Xiao;the institutions with the most publications were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hebei Yiling Medical Research Insti-tute,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Hebei Yiling University.The high-frequency keywords in-cluded coronary heart disease,Guizhi Decoction,arrhythmia,hypertension,and chorioidea;the high-centrality keywords were coronary heart disease,Guizhi Decoction,arrhythmia,clinical experience,and chorioidea theory.The key words form 10 clus-ters and 9 emergent words.Conclusion The research of the differentiation and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases from ying-wei theory of traditional Chinese medicine is contin-uously developing.However,the overall volume of publications is limited,and a larger-scale cooperation network between ma-jor researchers and institutions has not yet formed.Hyperten-sion and related research will probably become a hot trend.
