摘要
慢性自发性荨麻疹作为一种临床难治性皮肤病,以风团伴瘙痒为主要症状,皮损多反复发作且发作时瘙痒剧烈,严重影响患者生活质量.本文以玄府理论为指导,阐明"玄府开阖失司"为慢性自发性荨麻疹的核心病机.根据该病机树立扶正祛邪、调畅玄府的治疗原则,并确立针刺和刺血疗法合用,以中脘、关元、天枢和足三里等穴位为针刺主方,辅以大椎、膈俞作为刺血主方,经腧穴-经络-脏腑玄府系统,祛风扶正,散瘀通络,宣通皮玄府及脏腑玄府,通利气血循行,使邪去正复,疹退体安.
Abstract
Chronic spontaneous urticaria,as a clinically intractable skin disease,is characterized by the main symptom of recurrent itchiness.The skin lesions often recur and the itching is severe during the attacks,seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This article,guided by xuanfu theory,elucidates the core pathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria as"abnormal opening and closing of xuanfu".Based on the pathogenesis,establish treatment principles of supporting body and eliminating evil,regulating xuanfu,and establish combination of acupuncture and blood-letting therapy.The acupoints of zhōngwǎn,guānyuán,tiānshū,and zúsānlǐ are the main formula of acupuncture,supplemented by dàzhuī and géshú as the main formula of blood-letting.Through xuanfu system of acupoints,meridians and organs,dispel wind and strengthen body,disperse blood stasis and unblock meridians,promote circulation of skin and organs,promote circulation of qi and blood,eliminate evil and restore righteousness,relieve rashes and maintain overall health.
