摘要
目的 利用CiteSpace软件对儿童肺炎中医证候研究领域的现状、热点和发展趋势进行可视化分析.方法 检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献库、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台关于儿童肺炎中医证候研究的文献,检索时间为建库至2024年4月.统计发文量及期刊来源,通过CiteSpace 6.2.R6软件进行可视化分析,绘制作者、机构、关键词图谱.结果 共纳入1 522篇文献,发文量呈逐年波动递增趋势.发文量最多的期刊为中医儿科杂志,发文量最多的作者是汪受传,发文量最多的机构是南京中医药大学.汪受传、王雪峰、姜之炎团队是本研究领域较为成熟且有影响力的团队.关键词共形成20个聚类,痰热闭肺证、辨证论治、风热闭肺证是高频关键词.结论 儿童肺炎中医证候研究的主要研究热点在于证型分类研究、病原与证候研究、临床辨证论治,未来发展趋势在于证型的完整化复杂化研究、证候基础研究和证候客观化标准化等方面.
Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the current situation,hotspots,and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome syndromes of pneumonia in children used by CiteSpace software.Methods Literature on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome syndromes of pneumonia in children was retrieved from CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database,VIP,and Wanfang Data,the retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to April 2024.The number of publications and journal sources were counted,visualization analysis was carried out by CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software,and author,institution,and keyword maps were drawn.Results A total of 1 522 literatures were included,and the number of publications showed a fluctuating and increasing trend from year to year.The journal with the largest number of publications was Journal of Pediatrics of Chinese Medicine,the author with the largest number of publications was Wang Shouchuan,and the institution with the largest number of publications was Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Wang Shouchuan's,Wang Xuefeng's,and Jiang Zhiyan's team were more mature and influential teams in this research field.A total of 20 clusters were formed for keywords,syndrome of phlegm and heat blocking the lung,treatment based on pattern differentiation,and syndrome of wind and heat blocking the lung were high-frequency words.Conclusion The main research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of pneumonia in children are syndrome classification research,pathogen and syndrome research,and clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.The future development trend is the complete and complicated research of syndrome types,basic research of syndrome,and standardization of syndrome objectification.
