A case of acquired lymphangioma of the vulvar with lymph exudation as the main symptom treated by regulating body fluid and qi
Acquired lymphangioma of the vulva is a kind of lymphangiectatic skin disease induced by other diseases.Its clinical incidence is low and rare,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed before pathological examination.Western medicine has various treatment methods,but it has not yet formed a systematic treatment plan.This paper introduces a case of vulvar acquired lymphangioma with lymph exudation as the main symptom,which is treated by regulating body fluid and qi.Before the initial diagnosis,the patient was diagnosed as acquired lymphangioma of the vulvar in another hospital.According to the main symptoms of vulvar exudation,the author classified it as"fluid retention"in traditional Chinese medicine,and thought that its pathogenesis was spleen and stomach weakness,fluid transport and absorption,and vital qi deficiency.In the treatment,Shenling Baizhu Powder was given to strengthen the defense of qi and help transport,and Wuling Powder and Huangqi were added to adjust triple-energizer to replenish middle energizer,which finally achieved good results.This case is based on the guiding principle of"unifying the disease with evidence,dispelling the evil and strengthening vital qi"in the treatment of rare and rare diseases,with distinctive characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and remarkable therapeutic effect,which can be used as a clinical reference.
