Rapid evaluation study of wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus based on quality constant combined with precise color detection
Objective To establish a rapid evaluation method for Chinese herbal medicines quality based on quality constants combined with precise color detection,using the example of wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.Methods Taking 20 batches of wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus collected from the market as the research objects,the quality(m)and salidroside content(c)of the wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus were determined;the quality constant(A),and percentage quality constant(A％)were calculated and a quality constant evaluation method was established accordingly;the chromaticity(L*,a*,b*)of the wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus powder was rapidly detected by chromaticity meter,and its correlation with A and c was analyzed.After the accurate identification of traditional Chinese medicine color,the rapid quality evaluation method based on chromaticity was established.Results According to the quality constant evaluation method,they were divided into three groups:excellent group(A ≥ 0.047,two batches),good group(0.028≤A＜0.047,five batches),and qualified group(A＜0.028.12 batches).The colorimetric indicators(L*,a*,b*)of the samples were negatively correlated with A and c(P＜0.05);the rapid quality evaluation of wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus was established through chromaticity values,and the quality of wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus samples were quickly evaluated,being divided into two groups:superior grade(including excellent grade and good grade)with L*≤ 27.68,b*≤11.49,a*≤ 5.84,and general grade(including qualified grade)with L*＞27.68,b*＞11.49,a*＞5.84.Conclusion Quality constant evaluation method including both traits and components has been established with wine-processed Ligustri Lucidi Fructus as an example.At the same time,quality connotations are assigned to chromaticity values,and a"faster,more accurate,and more convenient"chromaticity recognition evaluation method is established.
