Research progress of couple self-disclosure intervention in cancer patients
Couple self-disclosure intervention is a kind of social psychological intervention that helps couples express their inner feelings,thoughts and experiences to each other and seek countermeasures together.In view of heavy disease burden,low level of self-disclosure of cancer patients,and general lack of communication awareness among cancer couples,this therapy has been introduced into the field of cancer care in recent years and has achieved encouraging intervention results.This paper reviews concept,theoretical basis and application of marital self-disclosure intervention in cancer patients.It introduces the role requirements for implementers,implementation process,theme setting,implementation plan,intervention effect of couple self-disclosure intervention in detail.At the same time,it summarizes its shortcomings and puts forward the prospect,in order to provide reference for the nursing of clinical cancer patients.
