基于教育生态学的中医药高校创新创业教育工作实证研究

目的 基于教育生态学分析当前北京中医药大学创新创业教育工作存在的不足,并提出改进措施.方法 采用问卷调查法,以北京中医药大学1 105名学生为研究对象,比较学生对创新创业环境因子、输入因子、教育教学因子和成果输出因子的满意度.结果 学生对创新创业教育方面的政策支持和制度保障方面的满意度、对学校创新创业教育氛围和宣传力度的满意度和对学校创新创业教育管理部门设立完善程度的满意度之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);学生对学校创业导师的投入满意度和对学校给予教师培训力度的满意度高于对学校创新创业教育的经费支持、场地投入、管理和服务保障满意度(P<0.05).学生对师生有关创新创业教育相关研究和论文的满意度高于对自我创新思维与创业意识的满意度和对创新创业教育理解程度的满意度(P<0.05);学生对师生有关创新创业教育相关项目的满意度高于对创新创业课程安排的满意度、对自我创新思维和创业意识的满意度和对创新创业教育理解程度的满意度(P<0.05);学生对自我创新思维和创业意识的满意度低于参加创新创业竞赛和创业实践的满意度(P<0.05).学术输出因子各调查项目整体比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两两分析发现,学生对学校创新创业教育的总体满意度评价高于对学生创业率的满意度(P<0.05).学生对输入因子的满意度高于对环境因子、结果输出因子和教育教学因子的满意度(P<0.05).结论 北京中医药大学创新创业教育工作在现阶段处于输入因子满意度高,环境因子、教育教学因子和输出因子满意度低的生态失衡状态,应采取措施加以纠正.
Empirical research on innovation and entrepreneurship education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities based on ecology of education
Objective To analyze the shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine based on the ecology of education,and to propose improvement measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the satisfaction of 1 105 students from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine on the environment factors,input factors,education and teaching factors,and outcome output factors of innovation and entrepreneurship.Results There was no statistically significant difference between students'satisfaction with the policy support and institutional guarantee of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the school's innovation and entrepreneurship education atmosphere and publicity,and the degree of satisfaction with the establishment of the school's innovation and entrepreneurship education management department(P>0.05).Students'satisfaction with the investment of school entrepreneurship tutors and the strength of school teacher training was higher than that with the financial support,site investment,management and service guarantee of school innovation and entrepreneurship education(P<0.05).Students'satisfaction with research and papers related to innovation and entrepreneurship education was higher than their satisfaction with self-innovative thinking,entrepreneurial consciousness,and understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction with the projects related to innovation and entrepreneurship education was higher than the satisfaction with the curriculum arrangement,the satisfaction with self-innovative thinking and entrepreneurial consciousness,and the satisfaction with the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education(P<0.05).Students'satisfaction with self-innovative thinking and entrepreneurial consciousness was lower than that of participating in innovation and entrepreneurial competition and entrepreneurial practice(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the overall comparison of academic output factors among all survey items(P>0.05),but pair-to-pair analysis found that students'overall satisfaction with school innovation and entrepreneurship education was higher than their satisfaction with student entrepreneurship rate(P<0.05).Students'satisfaction with input factors was higher than that with environment factors,outcome output factors,and education and teaching factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is in an ecological imbalance state with high satisfaction of input factors and low satisfaction of environment factors,education and teaching factors and output factors,and measures should be taken to correct it.
