Preparation and reliability and validity test of health promotion intention questionnaire in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To develop a health promotion intention questionnaire in patients with coronary heart disease and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of planned behavior and health belief model integrated theoretical framework,the first draft of the questionnaire was formed through literature review,group discussion,Delphi expert correspondence,and pretest.Convenience sampling method was used to select 562 coronary heart disease patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of three tertiary hospitals,namely,the First Hospital Affiliated to University of South China,the Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University,and the Nanhua Hospital,from March to June 2024,and then the questionnaires were subjected to item analyses and tests of reliability and validity.Results The finalized questionnaire included 7 dimensions and 21 items,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 71.122%.The content validity index of the questionnaire at the item level ranged from 0.80 to 1.00,and that at the questionnaire level was 0.96.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.863,and the re-test reliability coefficient was 0.806.Conclusion The health promotion intention questionnaire in patients with coronary heart disease has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for the assessment of the health promotion intention in patients with coronary heart.
