溃疡性结肠炎从卫气营血探讨论治

摘要
溃疡性结肠炎的病程在临床上有明显的卫气营血病理病机变化特点.本文基于卫气营血辨证理论,针对溃疡性结肠炎,从其病变部位、病程发展阶段性特点及传变规律等方面进行探论.认为该病在卫分阶段时常无明显症状,在气分阶段以肠道的功能失常为主要表现,在营、血分阶段以逐渐出现的肠道实质性损害为主,并以卫气营血理论为指导,对溃疡性结肠炎进行论治,以期为临床上该病的诊治提供新思路和新方法.
Abstract
The course of ulcerative colitis has obvious characteristics of changes in the pathological pathogenesis of weifen,qifen,yingfen,and xuefen in clinical practice.This article explores ulcerative colitis from the aspects of lesion location,developmental stage characteristics,and propagation patterns based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of weifen,qifen,yingfen,and xuefen.It is believed that the disease often has no obvious symptoms in weifen stage,with intestinal dysfunction as the main manifestation in qifen stage,and gradual intestinal parenchymal damage as the main manifestation in yingfen and xuefen stages.Determine treatment of ulcerative colitis guided by the theory of weifen,qifen,yingfen,and xuefen,it aims to provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in clinical practice.
