摘要
本文总结王有鹏教授辨证论治寒地儿童哮喘的经验,认为哮喘应分为发作期、缓解期和恢复期.寒邪侵袭闭阳伤阳是寒地哮喘发作的重要外因,痰浊内伏是导致哮喘反复发作的重要内因,湿热体质贯穿哮喘疾病的始终.寒邪侵袭导致哮喘发作表现为表实哮喘、表虚哮喘,采用温法,将小青龙汤、自拟射干定喘汤和桂枝加厚朴杏子汤等应用于发作期,祛邪扶正.针对湿热体质及伏痰特点,首倡将分消走泄法应用于儿童哮喘,并创制泻白温胆汤、三子温胆汤、玄贝温胆汤、从龙温胆汤和白果温胆汤系列温胆汤合方应用于缓解期及恢复期,标本兼治.文后附验案1则,以飨同道.
Abstract
This article summarizes Professor Wang Youpeng's experience in treating asthma of children in cold regions based on syndrome differentiation,and believes that asthma should be divided into attack period,remission period,and recovery period.It is an important external cause of asthma attack in cold regions that yang qi is blocked and damaged due to the invasion of cold pathogens,and the internal cause of asthma attack is phlegm-turbid accumulation,damp heat constitution runs through asthma disease all the time.Asthma attacks caused by the invasion of cold pathogens are manifested as asthma of exterior excess and asthma of exterior deficiency.By the warming method,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,self-made Shegan Dingchuan Decoction,and Guizhi Plus Houpu Xingzi Decoction are applied to the attack stage to eliminate pathogenic factors and strengthen the body resistance.According to the characteristics of damp heat constitution and latent phlegm,it is the first initiative to apply elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis method to children's asthma,and to create a series of combined formulae of Wendan Decoction,such as Xiebai Wendan Decoction,Sanzi Wendan Decoction,Xuanbei Wendan Decoction,Conglong Wendan Decoction,and Baiguo Wendan Decoction,which are applied to remission stage and recovery stage,treating both the symptoms and the root causes.A medical case is attached at the end of the article to enlighten fellow practitioners.
