Application of"plan list"based on chain management in the perioperative period of patients undergoing transnasal butterfly approach pituitary tumor resection
Objective To explore the effect of"plan list"based on chain management in the perioperative period of patients undergoing transnasal butterfly approach pituitary tumor resection.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing transnasal butterfly approach for pituitary tumor resection in the Department of Neurosurgery,Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from April to October 2023 were selected,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and intervention group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative period nursing,and the intervention group received"plan list"nursing based on chain management based on routine perioperative period nurs-ing.The manual uncertainty in illness scales(MUIS),medical coping modes questionnaires(MCMQ)scores,and Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)scores one day prior to discharge in both groups were compared.Results After the in-tervention,the MUIS scores were lower than before the intervention in both groups,and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of facing dimension in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);the scores of avoidance dimension in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the scores in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the yield dimension score of the control group was higher than before intervention,the yield dimension score of the intervention group was lower than before intervention,and the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the NSNS score of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The"plan list"based on chain management facilitates the nursing staff to carry out dynamic assessment,tracking and overall observation of the patient's condition,improves the patient's ability to cope with the disease and satisfaction,and reduces the sense of uncertainty about the dis-ease,which is worth promoting the use of clinical.
