目的 可视化分析国内外经颅磁刺激(TMS)治疗抑郁症的研究现状。方法 检索2013年1月至2023年12月中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台和Web of Science核心合集数据库中TMS治疗抑郁症的相关文献，利用CiteSpace软件对发文量、作者、机构、关键词共现、聚类及突现情况等进行分析，并绘制相应的知识图谱。结果 共纳入中英文文献2 031篇，年发文量总体呈上升趋势。Web of Science核心合集数据库共纳入909篇文献，发文量＞7的核心作者31位，发文量最多的作者是Daskalakis，Zafiris J，发文量最多的机构是多伦多大学，热点关键词是背外侧前额叶皮层、疗效、难治性抑郁症等，发现11个关键词聚类和25个突现关键词。中文数据库共纳入1 122篇文献，发文量＞3的核心作者44位，发文量最多的作者是张朝辉和谭庆荣。发文量最多的机构是新乡医学院第二附属医院，热点关键词是疗效、认知功能、睡眠障碍等，发现10个关键词聚类和25个突现关键词。结论 国内与国外的研究热点集中在TMS治疗抑郁症的疗效和相关机制上，国内侧重于TMS与抗抑郁药物、针刺、补充疗法的联合应用和神经递质的研究，国外侧重于TMS的不同刺激模式和脑区功能连接的研究。
Discussion of current research status of transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression at home and abroad based on CiteSpace
Objective To visually analyze the current research state of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)for depression at home and abroad.Methods Literatures related to TMS for depression from January 2013 to December 2023 were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and Web of Science Core Collection Database.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and emergence,and draw the corresponding knowledge graph.Results A total of 2 031 literatures in English and Chinese were included,and the overall annual number of publications showed an increasing trend.A total of 909 literatures were included in Web of Science Core Collection Database.There were a total of 31 core authors with more than seven literatures,and the authors with the most publications were Daskalakis,Zafiris J.The institution with the most publications was the University of Toronto,and the hot keywords were dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,efficacy,treatment resistant depression,etc.,and 11 keyword clusters and 25 emergent keywords were found.A total of 1 122 literatures were included in Chinese database.There were a total of 44 core authors with more than three literatures and the authors with the most publications were Zhang Zhaohui and Tan Qingrong.The institution with the most publications was the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College,and the hot keywords were efficacy,cognitive function,sleep disorder,etc.,and 10 keyword clusters and 25 emergent keywords were found.Conclusion Research hotspots focus on the efficacy and related mechanisms of TMS for the treatment of depression at home and abroad.In China,the emphasis is on combined application of TMS with antidepressants,acupuncture,complementary therapies as well as the study of neurotransmitters.Abroad,the focus is on the different stimulation modes of TMS and functional connectivity of brain regions.
