Research progress on psychological resilience of patients with mild cogni-tive impairment
Mild cognitive impairment is a threshold state between cognitive health and dementia,and high levels of psychological resilience can have positive impact on cognitive function,delaying progression of deterioration.This article explores the important role of psychological resilience in the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment from the perspective of positive psychology,which can help develop psychological intervention plans for patients with mild cognitive impairment and promote mental health;reviews research progress on psychological resilience of patients with mild cognitive impairment from the aspects of the development of the concept,measurement tools,influencing factors,and intervention status of psychological resilience,in order to provide reference for further research on specific scales and the development of psychological resilience intervention measures for mild cognitive impairment.
