摘要
血府逐瘀汤出自清代医家王清任所著的《医林改错》,具有活血化瘀、行气止痛功效,主治胸中血瘀证,现被广泛用于临床证属气滞血瘀的各类疾病,收效显著.本文从血府逐瘀汤的现代临床应用和作用机制两个方面对文献进行梳理,阐述血府逐瘀汤在临床上广泛用于治疗心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、外科疾病、眼科疾病、妇产科疾病及内分泌科疾病等病种,均获良效.同时从作用机制方面阐述血府逐瘀汤治疗疾病可能与抑制炎症反应、线粒体质量控制、调节血管生成、降低氧化应激及抗纤维化等机制相关.
Abstract
Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is derived from Yilin Gaicuo written by Wang Qingren,a medical practitioner in Qing Dynasty.It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,as well as relieving pain through qi movement.It is mainly used for treating chest blood stasis syndrome,and is widely applied to various diseases with clinical symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis,achieving significant results.This article reviews literature from two aspects:modern clinical application and action mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.It explains that Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is widely used in clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases,neurological diseases,surgical diseases,ophthalmic diseases,obstetrics and gynecology diseases and endocrine diseases,all of which have achieved good results.At the same time,action mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of diseases may be related to inhibition of inflammatory response,mitochondrial quality control,regulation of angiogenesis,reduction of oxidative stress and anti-fibrosis mechanisms.
