溶瘤病毒抗肿瘤的作用机制及其在骨肉瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要
骨肉瘤是一种骨组织原发性恶性肿瘤,常好发于儿童和青少年,一般可产生局部疼痛、肿胀和活动畸形等临床症状.目前手术切除和化疗是骨肉瘤的常见治疗类型,但由于其高度恶性、耐药性、易复发及易远处转移的特点,临床治疗效果并不理想.近年来,溶瘤病毒作为一种新型的免疫治疗手段参与肿瘤治疗,已成为骨肉瘤研究的新方向.本文旨在综述溶瘤病毒的定义和分类、抗肿瘤机制、治疗骨肉瘤研究进展及与其他疗法协同治疗骨肉瘤的效果,为骨肉瘤提供新的治疗思路.
Abstract
Osteosarcoma is a primary malignant tumor of bone tissue,which often occurs in children and adolescents,and generally produces clinical symptoms such as local pain,swelling and active deformity.At present,surgical resection and chemotherapy are common treatment types for osteosarcoma,but due to its high malignancy,drug resistance,easy recurrence and distant metastasis,clinical treatment effect is not ideal.In recent years,oncolytic viruses have become a new direction in the research of osteosarcoma as a novel immunotherapy approach involved in tumor treatment.This article aims to review definition and classification of oncolytic viruses,anti-tumor mechanisms,research progress in the treatment of osteosarcoma,and the efficacy of synergistic treatment with other therapies for osteosarcoma,providing new treatment ideas for osteosarcoma.
