虚拟数字人在护理领域的应用现状及发展策略思考

随着"AI+"时代的到来,虚拟数字人作为一种前沿的智能化手段,在护理领域展现出了巨大的应用潜力。虚拟数字人是利用生成式人工智能、超写实仿真、多模态等先进技术,依托多模态数据,打造出的融合拟人化外观和精密化肢体动作的虚拟形象,旨在提高临床护理工作效率,减轻护理人员负担,使其有更多时间致力于临床工作,为患者提供更直接的护理服务。但由于现有数据的质量参差不齐及虚拟数字人的"黑盒性",其生成决策的准确性和可行性还有待验证。基于此,本研究将对虚拟数字人的相关概念进行阐述、回顾虚拟数字人的发展历程及其在精准护理决策、康复训练、健康教育、情感支持方面的应用现状,并探究虚拟数字人在"AI+"护理领域面临的挑战与发展策略,以期为未来虚拟数字人在"AI+"护理领域的设计及完善提供参考。
Application status and development strategy and thinking of virtual digital human in nursing field
With the advent of the"AI+"era,virtual digital human,as a cutting-edge intelligent means,have shown great application potential in the field of nursing.Virtual digital human is the use of artificial intelligence generated content,hyperrealistic simulation,multi-modal and other advanced technologies,relying on multi-modal data,to create a fusion of anthropomorphic appearance and precise body movements of the virtual image,aimed at improving the efficiency of clinical nursing work,reduce the burden of nursing staff,so that they have more time to devote to clinical work,to provide patients with more direct nursing services.However,due to the uneven quality of existing data and the"black box"nature of virtual digital human,the accuracy and feasibility of its generation decisions need to be verified.Based on this,this study will elaborate the relevant concepts of virtual digital human,review the development process of virtual digital human and its application status in precision nursing decision-making,rehabilitation training,health education and emotional support,and explore the challenges and development strategies faced by virtual digital human in the field of"AI+"nursing.In order to provide reference for the design and improvement of virtual digital human in the field of"AI+"nursing in the future.
