基于肺-肠-皮轴理论探讨咽部与掌跖脓疱病的相关性

摘要
掌跖脓疱病是目前影响人类生命健康及生活质量的临床难治性皮肤疾病之一,其病因及发病机制复杂.随着研究深入发现,咽部病理改变导致和加重掌跖脓疱病的临床进展不容忽视.肺-肠-皮轴是肺肠与皮肤间的交互通路,为中医学"肺主皮毛、里合大肠"理论的阐释提供新视角.咽部作为参与免疫的重要屏障,通过肺-肠-皮轴的多途径影响掌跖脓疱病的发生和发展,形成复杂的网络机制.本文基于肺-肠-皮轴理论探讨咽部病理改变与掌跖脓疱病发病机制的相关性,以期为临床治疗提供更可靠的思路.
Abstract
Palmoplantar pustulosis is one of clinically refractory skin diseases affecting human life,health and quality of life at present.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex.With the deepening of research,clinical progress of palmoplantar pustulosis caused and aggravated by pathological changes of pharynx cannot be ignored.Lung-gut-skin axis is interaction pathway between lung-intestine and skin,which also provides a new perspective for interpretation of the theory of"lung-fur and inner intestine"in Chinese medicine.As an important barrier involved in immunity,pharynx affects occurrence and development of palmoplantar pustulosis through multiple pathways of lung-gut-skin axis,forming a complex network mechanism.This article explores correlation between pathological changes in pharynx and the pathogenesis of palmoplantar pustulosis based on lung-gut-skin axis theory,in order to provide more novel and reliable ideas for clinical treatment.
