Chronic eczema is a recurring chronic pruritus skin disease with lingering symptoms,which affects physical and mental health of patients.From the perspective of liver and spleen substance and function,Professor Li Yingcun believes that core disease of chronic eczema is due to dysfunction of liver and spleen substances.Liver body stores blood,spleen body stores blood,and insufficient blood does not support skin;liver is responsible for regulating qi and blood flow,so when this regulation becomes dysfunctional,it can lead to poor circulation and blockages in skin;spleen is responsible for regulating function of spleen,and if health function is disrupted,dampness and evil will accumulate and soak skin.Fuxingjue Zangfu Yongyao Fayao is an important Dunhuang book,which puts forward a unique and complete system of"five zang-organs practical substance strong and function weak".Professor Li used pungent,sweet medicine to strengthen function of liver and spleen,sour,bitter medicine to regulate the substance of liver and spleen,chooseing to consider Dunhuang Liaofengxu Shouruo Decoction combined with Daxiegan Decoction,in order to provide a new prescription for clinical treatment of chronic eczema.
