Healthy Beijing Initiative development index measurement and obstacle degree diagnosis based on global entropy model
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the development status of Healthy Beijing Initiative,and diagnose obstacles that affect the development of Healthy Beijing Initiative.Methods Based on the established Healthy Beijing Initiative development index evaluation index system,relevant index data of Beijing from 2020 to 2022 were collected.The global entropy method model and exponential effective function were used to measure Healthy Beijing Initiative development index,and obstacle degree model was used to make"pathological diagnosis"of the development status of Healthy Beijing Initiative.Results The development index of Healthy Beijing Initiative showed an overall upward trend,with an average annual growth rate of 1.44%,and the district with the largest growth rate reached 7.16%.There were problems of unbalanced development among the districts and among the dimensions of each district.Health life(32.48%)and health service(30.69%)had greater impact on development level of Healthy Beijing Initiative,while health level(11.65%)had the least.The number of practicing(assistant)physicians per thousand residents,the per capita area of sports venues,the proportion of government health expenditure in fiscal expenditure,the per capita area of park green space,and the excellent and good rate of students'physical fitness and health were the main obstacles to balanced development of Healthy Beijing Initiative.Conclusion Healthy Beijing Initiative has achieved positive results,but the districts still have their own strengths and weaknesses in individual categories.The balanced allocation of health resources and health environment are the most important factors hindering the development of Healthy Beijing Initiative.
