摘要
目的 探索建立医学创新转化生态,提升研究型医院科技成果转化成效.方法 分析中国医学科学院血液病医院(中国医学科学院血液学研究所)通过"项目-政策-平台-推广"(4P)4个维度联动构建医学创新转化生态的实践探索,总结2018年1月至2023年12月在专利授权和成果转化方面取得的成效.结果 通过"4P"实践,中国医学科学院血液病医院(中国医学科学院血液学研究所)成果转化成效显著:专利授权类型和数量逐年增长,转化类型和数量大幅提高,转化金额显著提升,单项500万元以上成果转化数量近50％.据此,提出研究型医院应从多元项目布局、完善政策激励、搭建研产平台、加强企业合作等方面开展科技成果转化的建议.结论 "4P"联动医学创新转化生态实践经验,是提升科技成果转化能力的有效手段,对于研究型医院开展医学科技成果转化具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the establishment of a medical innovation and transformation ecology,and to improve the effectiveness of scientific and technological achievements transformation in research hospitals.Methods The practical and exploratory experience of constructing a whole-chain innovation and transformation ecology in the four aspects of"Pro-ject-policy-platform-promotion(4P)"by Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College were analyzed,the effectiveness of patent authorization and transformation of achievements from January 2018 to December 2023 were summarized.Results Through the"4P"practice,the results of Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College had been transformed significantly:the types and number of patent authorizations had increased year by year,the types and numbers of transferred technologies had increased significantly,the transfer amounts had been significantly im-proved,and the number of single items with transfer amounts of over 5 million yuan had approached 50％.Based on this,it suggested that research hospitals should carry out technology transfer from diversified project layout,perfect policy incen-tives,build research and production platforms,and strengthen cooperation with enterprises.Conclusion The"4P"practical experience of the innovation and transformation ecology of medicine is an effective means to improve the ability to trans-form scientific and technological achievements,which is of some significance for research hospitals to carry out the trans-formation of medical scientific and technological achieve-ments.
