Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy regulating Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway in the treatment of liver cancer
Liver cancer is a prevalent malignant tumor globally with high incidence rate and mortality.The current methods in the treatment of liver cancer are ineffective,and have many adverse reactions.Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway is currently a research hotspot in the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of liver cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy has unique advantages in the treatment of liver cancer by regulating Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway,including multiple targets,minimal side effects,and comprehensive treatment.This article reviews research progress on traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the treatment of liver cancer through Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer with t traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy.
