多学科协作的I-PDCA模式在结直肠癌学科建设中的实践与思考

摘要
目的 探讨北京大学肿瘤医院结直肠癌学科建设中多学科协作模式及实施情况,为医院学科建设和创新管理提供借鉴.方法 本中心 7 年来将创新设计与传统PDCA管理方法相融合,针对医疗、科研、人才培养开展了五阶段I-PDCA新模式的多学科协作.结果 该模式弥补了传统PDCA四阶段模式缺乏创造力的弊端,促进了本院结直肠癌学科相关资源在多个维度的高效配置,在结直肠癌学科建设中发挥了重要作用.结论 结直肠癌多学科协作的I-PDCA模式有利于提升医疗服务、科研成果产出和人才培养水平,为学科未来发展提供助力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the mode and implementation of multi-disciplinary team in colorectal cancer discipline construction in Beijing Cancer Hospital,and to provide reference for hospital discipline construction and innovative management.Methods In the past 7 years,the center has integrated the innovative design with the traditional PDCA management method,and carried out the five-stage I-PDCA new model of multi-disciplinary team for medical treatment,scientific research and talent training.Results This model has made up for the lack of creativity of the traditional PDCA four-stage model,promoted the efficient allocation of resources related to colorectal cancer disciplines in multiple dimensions,and played an important role in the construction of colorectal cancer disciplines.Conclusion The I-PDCA model of colorectal cancer multi-disciplinary team is conducive to improving medical services,scientific research output and talent training level,and facilitating the future development of the discipline.
