非惩罚制度下医院护理不良事件的上报情况及影响因素分析

目的 分析非惩罚制度背景下护理不良事件上报情况及影响因素,为提高护理不良事件的上报率提供参考.方法 于 2022 年 1-2 月随机抽取我院 316 名护理人员作为研究对象,利用问卷调查法对护理不良事件上报的影响因素进行分析.结果 担心对个人形象产生影响、担心受到处罚和不良事件上报流程过于复杂是影响护理人员护理不良事件上报的主要因素;不同分级护理人员的护理不良事件上报影响因素不同,不良事件的上报流程过于复杂是1 级和 5 级护理人员的主要影响因素(p<0.05);担心对个人形象产生影响和担心受到处罚是 2 级、3 级和 4 级护理人员的主要影响因素(p<0.05);其他因素对不同分级护理人员护理不良事件上报的影响评分差异无统计学意义(p﹥0.05).结论 非惩罚制度背景下护理不良事件上报的影响因素主要为担心对个人形象产生影响、担心受到处罚和不良事件上报流程过于复杂,应当在加强护理人员有关非惩罚制度教育的基础上,加强对现有护理不良事件上报流程的全面优化.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the reporting of nursing adverse events and its influencing factors under the background of non-punishment system,so as to provide reference for improving the reporting rate of nursing adverse events.Methods From January to February 2022,316 nurses in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,and the influencing factors of nursing adverse events reporting were analyzed by questionnaire survey.Results The main factors affecting the reporting of nursing adverse events were worrying about the impact on personal image,worrying about being punished and the reporting process of adverse events being too complex.The influencing factors of nursing adverse events reporting were different among nurses of different grades.The reporting process of adverse events was too complex,which was the main influencing factor for nurses of grade 1 and grade 5(p<0.05).Worrying about the impact on personal image and worrying about being punished were the main influencing factors of grade 2,3 and 4 nurses(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the influence scores of other factors on the reporting of nursing adverse events by different grades of nurses(p﹥0.05).Conclusion The main influencing factors of nursing adverse events reporting under the background of non-punishment system were worrying about the impact on personal image,worrying about punishment and the reporting process of adverse events being too complex.We should strengthen the comprehensive optimization of the existing nursing adverse events reporting process on the basis of strengthening the education of nursing staffs about the non-punishment system.
